1. Controller
The controller for the processing of personal data via our website and service is the company stated above.
Please note: for the data that customers process within MrStock (such as their own customer and order data), we are the processor and the customer is the controller. We conclude a data processing agreement for this.
2. Which data we process
Depending on how you use us, we process, among other things:
- Account data: name, email address, company name and login credentials.
- Contact data: details you provide when you contact us.
- Billing data: company and payment details required for invoicing.
- Usage data: technical data such as IP address, device and browser information and log data about the use of the service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
- Providing and managing the service and performing the agreement (performance of the agreement).
- Billing and administration (performance of the agreement and legal obligation).
- Customer support and communication (performance of the agreement or legitimate interest).
- Security, troubleshooting and improvement of the service (legitimate interest).
- Sending service or marketing messages (legitimate interest or consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We do engage service providers (processors) that help us deliver the service, such as hosting, email, payment and analytics providers. We conclude data processing agreements with these parties.
We only provide data to third parties when necessary for our services or when legally required to do so.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
We prefer to process your data within the European Economic Area (EEA). If a transfer to a country outside the EEA does take place, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We retain account data for as long as you have an account. We retain billing data on the basis of the statutory retention obligation (generally seven years).
